Brian and Angela Terstegge, started Air Specialists Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. in June 1991, working out of their home and two car garage. In 1994 they moved next door where they built a bigger garage and employed nine people. Four years later, their continued growth prompted them to renovated and relocate to a commercial building in downtown Quincy. With the purchase of Master Air Heating & Air Conditioning of Hannibal, Missouri in 2004, they undertook a major expansion, leading to the building of a new 12,500 square foot facility for Master Air in Hannibal. In 2011, Air Specialists completed renovation on an 8,000 square foot building in Quincy, their current company headquarters.
